crash at end season coaches

this has been asked before and there doesnt seem to be a solution. my game crashes at advancing coaches after the probowl game. im at 2010. ive done the troubleshooting list. my next step is to do a complete re-install. ill lose all my created players and changes ive made since (in real time) march 2022.

i use calhoupes and ff1. i tried looking at nza editor and i see nothing out of the orinary except there is 2 allstar teams with no coaches showing up. (didnt know there was a allstar game in franchise mode). i tried reverting to default roster and simulating but thats a lost cause the cpu runs out of cb's and editing that will take forever.

now i know this isnt a roster problem because the other questions go back a few years with default rosters and ive played perfectly till 2012 before.

:UPDATE:
so i didnt reinstall but i did have to start a new fran and lose all my sliders and players. i loaded the newest roster and did a cpu simulation to 2012 and it worked fine.

i dont know what went wrong.
