Game Not Playing Menu SFX, Game SFX, or Commentary

When I load the game, it will play the music and SFX for about 5 seconds, before they abruptly stop. If I change a music setting and save it will restart the music, but the Menu SFX, Game SFX, and commentary never start up again despite my trying many methods.

Ive disabled all audio output devices except the one I am using, and the music will still play so its not trying to play out the wrong port.The SFX will play for the first few seconds of menu time on startup, so they are contained somewhere within the game files.

If anyone has any Ideas about how to fix this issue, Id be very grateful.

Also- the problem persists with the FI mod installed and in a clean copy, so I doubt its a mod problem.
