Madden 08 crashes right after breaking huddle

Do you have the disc version of Madden? Is there a chance your disc could be damaged and a file on it corrupt?

Well I am using Windows 8.1 64 bit..So I gave you may Scripts is there any difference from mine and what you are using?

I tried both scripts and same results.
I am playing the downloaded game from Amazon.

Yep using the No-Cd mainapp.
This morning I wanted reinstall Madden 08 and use the original files. No roster updates, no mods, just the default Madden 08 installation.
Guess what....it crashed on XP, 7 and 10 again!

I wonder if there is something additional that I need to do...

amazing like I said I have 8.1 and nothing...just played a game with the new Pladata.dat, jinx's 4.0 roster and had penalties ...no crashes..

That doesn't make sense to me at all. Crashing has NEVER been seen on Windows XP. Microsoft has updated Windows 10, 8.1, and 7 so as to cause crashing, but they don't touch XP anymore.

EDIT: Maybe try Linux and running it through WINE? REALLY not ideal, but it's worth trying.

So I turned off auto-subs and a game that was constantly crashing actually finished this time.
This is with the latest mod...im playing 15 minute quarters cpu vs cpu...maybe something with the substitutions?
