Crash at the End of a Draft

I was testing a new draft class and right as I finished the draft, the game not only crashed but immediately closed to Windows without even a "Madden 08 is Not Responding" dialog box. Has anyone had this type of crash before? I made sure the draft class was good to go with the correct number of players, so I'm not sure what went wrong.
