How to install the Heisman mod?

I have multiple questions.

I have the FF mod installed, after looking at the Heisman thread, the Add-On thread and the Madden NCAA thread it seems kinda confusing to install the mods.

with the FF/FI mod it's pretty straightforward (all links in one spot) but this seems like a mess, can anyone explain how to put everything together to just play?

I have uMod and made sure it worked for this purpose.
