Crashing when loading drills.

Just found out about this amazing modding community and dove right into it. So far, I've followed the Starter's Guide and installed all the core files and etc. I'm using Rogerjinx's roster as well. I did edit a player that way his contract wasn't 0/0/0 it so far that worked and now I can access his contract page. Haven't been able to find any other troubleshooting ideas as to why I crash while loading my QB's training drill. My team for Franchise is the Rams if that helps at all. Thanks for any input!
