Empty Sidelines When I Played Multiple Games

I played multiple games on Madden 08. Some games I played of course 2 teams play against each other. One team their sideline is empty and the other team their sideline is packed. Not every game I played this happens. In some games I played both teams have packed sidelines. For the empty sideline issue is their a fix to that?
