Yeah, I haven't played this month, but I've been continuing the same franchise for 10 years and 59 in-game seasons. I've been documenting pretty much the entire history of my team as well, both here and on my own text files, spreadsheets, and HTML pages.

Well... I'll give you the easy answer to questions 2 and 3. I play on pro difficulty, so I pretty much win every game every season. I mostly do this franchise for the management of the roster and to follow the careers of my players. As for tracking my roster and player history, I used to have a Wiki dedicated to my franchise, but it was shut down long ago and I haven't recreated many of the pages from it yet. I need to sit down for a few days and just get it all done. After that, though, I'm not sure where I'd host said history, so I'd have to do some research and see if there's any free methods to host HTML documents. I have most of it recorded in the form of text files, though, so if there's anything specific you'd like to see, feel free to ask and I can share it if I have it.
Unfortunately, I lost some of the player stats pre-2034 because I accidentally deleted all of my save files from seasons prior, but all of the stats and players since are recorded completely, since I still have the franchise files and can just crack them open to look.
