Great game for Knox! Too bad the defense couldn't seem to stop the Jaguars.

Apparently not a bad game either for the fellow rookie Eason!

Nice win! I've never actually had a field goal blocked and returned for a FG. I've only "blocked" a couple kicks where the defender runs into the holder and he is tackled instead of the kicker actually kicking the ball.

Did you control the player who blocked the FG? I've never seen the CPU block a FG or punt..which is a bit frustrating when you play coach mode, never any blocks :roll:

I've attempted it many, many times but the most I've accomplished is tackling the holder.

Yup, the CPU is useless when trying to block anything.

Best way to block a FG is to take the deepest defender (helps if he's fast) and move him to start between the 2 outermost defenders, run past the edge blocker and try to run in front of the ball in time. At least that's how I've done it. Should get a few blocks a season at least.
