What's his INJ rating? I set all QB INJ ratings to 99, and there are still too many injuries.

I noticed you use the CBS overlay for a Giants home game. For future games, you should probably split up the TV overlays as follows:
Fox = NFC Home Team
CBS = AFC Home Team
NBC = Sunday and Thursday Night
ESPN = Monday Night
NFL Network can alternatively be used for Thursday night.
The listing above isn't always accurate, but it's more often than not the case. Fox primarily does NFC and CBS primarily does AFC.

Here is the guide that I have been using, sent to me by General Silent. In this scenario it would have been CBS. Don't worry Fox is on the way. I don't have a TNF game this season but used the NFL network during the preseason games.
NFC vs NFC = Fox
AFC vs AFC = CBS
If the home team is a NFC team but the away team is AFC (Like Browns @ Packers) it's CBS.
If the home team is an AFC team but the away team is NFC (Like Panthers @ Patriots) it's FOX.
NBC and MNF are self explanatory.
