Player Info:
John Lee Fox III
Age: 15
HT: 6'3"
WT: 183 LBS
Play Style:
Fox has the classic physical traits that are ideal for a pocket passer. He’s a big kid that can stand tall in the pocket and has room to add weight. He’s not the greatest athlete, but isn’t a slow-footed statue in the pocket either. His consistency with his mechanics is extremely impressive. He stays calm in the pocket and rarely gets off balance, even under pressure. His touch is great on deep balls. Fox is a big presence in the pocket, but he’s not a statue. He shows some improvisational skills at times. He’s not going to be a threat as a runner, but can get a first down if an opportunity to scramble arises. Fox is advanced with his arm and accuracy for his age. He has all the tools to develop into a player that starts for multiple years and becomes one of the top quarterbacks in the SEC.
