How to update Madden 12 rosters on PSP

How would I be able to edit rosters to work with the PPSSPP emulator? The Data.BIN file included in the SAVEDATA folder of the updated roster files work fine when loaded in the emulator. But judging by the looks of it in the hex editor, the file is already encrypted. How do you go from a .ros file to an encrypted Data.bin file? Any help is appreciated.

Has anyone uploaded an updated 2011 roster for this game? I would like to play a realistic 2011 season on there for once. Also, can you edit a franchise?

Any chance of one of these being available for the 2015 season? Or at the very least is there someone who can convert a file to work for PSP? I can use the Madden Editor to make an up to date version but whenever I try to copy the hex edited files all I get is corrupted data.

No, it's an updated version of the default roster. Injuries are the only thing that can be added to these rosters.
