M2003 - Feeling a bit nostalgic

Postby dcebb2001 » Sat May 31, 2014 10:55 pm

I am wondering if anyone has ever gotten Madden 2003 PC to work on Windows 7 64-bit without getting the darn "Not enough disk space" error that makes the game seem to think that you only have -1.0MB of drive space. I believe that it also doesn't create the appropriate roster, saved, etc. folders in your computer's "My Documents" folder.

I have seen some people asking about it online, but I have not quite gotten it to work. I can run the game just fine, using Windows XP Compatibility Mode, but am not able to save any files in-game due to the -1.0MB error.

Any ideas how I can get this older Madden to play on Windows 7?

I used to have that very same issue, even though other games such as NBA Live 2003 work just fine for me. I never could figure it out, and now on Windows 8 I can't even get Madden 2003 to get that far, it always crashes on the loading screen fml
