Sim Stats

This is for NFL Head Coach but can be applied to Madden too.

In NFL HC06 almost every QB throw 20+ ints per season even if they're the best in the league, it really kills the replay-ability of it.

A few weeks into the season, sorted by most passing yards.

Things I've considered as a fix:

- All coaches with 99 QB stats
- Heavy slider adjusting
- Lower their attribute range
- Lower offensive aggression

I don't think that these will be enough to effect the CPU vs CPU fast sim games. The sliders fix the gameplay for every game that I play but they don't have any effect on the sim engine. I set the CPU at 99 for QB accuracy, WR catching, and pass blocking and not one QB hit 4000 yards while many of the top 10 passers had more picks and TDs. I really don't want to resort to Madden 08 coach mode but I don't think NFL Head Coach can be salvaged.

What have you guys done to correct sim stats in Madden?

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Always have a plan. And a backup plan. And backups to the backup.
And be able to improvise.
