I'm talking about making the stats/gameplay closer to early to mid 70s rather than how football plays in 2017.
-52% completion percentage for QBs, about 1:1.6 TD/INT Ratio
-4.0 YPC for RBs
-Set run/pass percentage for teams to veer more towards run than pass
-More fumbles, more INTs
-Bigger, borderline illegal hits
-Super lax pass interference rules
-Etc
Any suggestions?

-Kicker accuracy lower..?
-Some penalties lower except for False Star
-QB accuracy 40, RB Ability 60
-Injury freq 150%
-Interceptions at 50
-Awareness for defense 55 and Tackle 70

Injury frequency should be much lower than that. This is 70's football we're talking about. Players would play through concussions, sprains, even breaks.
