I am amazed with some of the testing of sliders, especially when it comes to 15 minute quarters.
Here is a suggestion, pick any slider set of your choice, run the same game of your choice three times CPU vs CPU and look at the results of each game.
You can use Cal's Speed up Option #2 script.

Fact:
The games will vary, depending on the slider set better than others but in most cases there is going to be a game that will have stats in there that you are not going to like. A good slider set and settings just narrows it down but will not eliminate bad stats in every game in Madden.

You have to manage the games.

Good points, and I have some comments to add:

1. To expand on cdcool's points, you have to have a decent sample size before you can decide if the sliders you have selected are actually giving realistic results (or the results you are aiming for). Personally, I run an entire week's worth of games (using Cal's Speed up Option #2 script), so that's 16 games, before deciding if the settings are giving the desired results.

2. I've come to find that there are two other settings, that often times get ignored, that can dramatically impact game play. Those settings are the penalty settings and the coach run/pass aggressive/conservative settings. So, if you are testing someone's slider settings but have different penalty and coach settings, the results are going to vary (sometimes drastically).

Just my .02 cents.

FYI
I watch games with the Madden Long View in the settings and have Auto Replay on Every Play enabled in Cal's Madden Scripts 1.69
You get a box view to see all players on the field and a closeup replay of every play like TV. :D

Has anyone tried working with coaching adjustments for simmed games? I get good stats (standard for today's NFL) but simmed games get way too few yards.

Another thing that I do before every game is Check the injuries on both team rosters, sign free Agents if necessary and Auto Recorder the depth charts on both teams.

I don't trust the CPU Manager to do that.

Are you planning on doing any Madden 19 sliders now that it's been announced for PC?
