I tested on three different values for Chip Kelly and Jeff Fisher; they were D Aggression 50/50, 40/40, and 20/20. They both had the same Offensive Aggression (50, "Vertical Passing") and Pass Defense (51%).
The 50/50 value I was having trouble getting Jared Goff to acceptable completion rates, seemed to always be starting off 3/8. Kaep was better, around 60% completions. When I lowered this to 40/40 the same situation emerged, Goff at 3/8 and Kaep at 62% or over.
Then at 20/20 I got completion rates I've never been able to come anywhere near close to cracking. The best I've gotten over a 30:00 span up until this point had been about 59-60% combined completions.
At this setting after 30:00 I had a total completion rate of 69%:
Given that I have never been able to see 30:00 figures like this it would seem to confirm to me that this slider does affect performance of live games/slow-sims.
In the second half they dipped a little, but only to 55-57%; could have been way worse, I've seen 70%+ performances end up as 40% performances WAY too often in this game. A nice, long 3rd quarter drive (usually the least-efficient part of the game) helped with efficiency:
