I control the Ravens.
It took me about 50 mins in total (3-4 min HT coffee break

) to finish this game with Calhoupe's Acc Clock down to 15.

I was trying some very pass-heavy settings, up to 69% Pass. There was quite a variety in pass to run ratios observed; it seems to depend more on the game situation and whether one team is greatly ahead or not. I had consistently high completion rates from CPU-controlled QBs in the first two trials. In the third trial both Human (me) and CPU QBs had s**ttastic numbers all around.

* a little higher than I prefer on punts (15) and Third Downs (36) even with OT, but given the huge amount of passing in this game it didn't end up too bad. This is the most pass-heavy game I've tried out so far and I would say it ended up being the most balanced and entertaining game by far. Yes there were too many plays run for NFL, that's not the point, the idea is to get the efficiency as high as possible and then use other methods to shorten the game. These are NCAA-like figures because the game is running an NCAA-like rate of plays, so assuming the efficiency isn't negatively impacted there should be NCAA-like stats in full games.

No one could do jack for a half, the accelerated clock was causing me to get a Delay of Game on every drive and the Saints had more Drops than receptions; so I said screw it and decided that games with human-controlled QBs aren't worth my time.

Conclusions:

1. The sliders are giving me consistently great Completion Percentages in games with two CPU-controlled QBs.

In the first two games a total of 105 passes were complete out of 178 attempts, for an average running completion rate of 59.0%!

2. Third Down Percentages are consistently great in games with two CPU-controlled QBs, and Calhoupe's "1st on Front of Line" script might even allow some teams to average 50%+ over several weeks or more!

Never mind I guess!!!!!!!!!!! All i did was change one thing in Formation Subs and now every single game has under 50% averages, whereas before I was ALWAYS getting 55%+ completions, and no QB had been under 50 in multiple consecutive trials. No idea what the problem with this POS game is or why changing one thing can completely screw up a franchise.

I added some of these interesting results using higher Pass/Run ratios to my OP. Turns out I'm still getting really fantastic QB numbers through at least 30:00 no matter what the Pass/Run ratio tested is, as long as it is within a comfortable range. I'm finding that with all coaches set to around 60% to 69% pass I get games that tend to average about 55% Pass/45% Run through the first half. Sometimes the run% does increase in the second half, but games are tending to end up with at least 53% Passing overall now. I'm quite happy with this, it hasn't resulted in significantly increased number of Third Downs or plays run either; I had a 60:00 game with a realistic 28 Third Downs recently on these new pass settings and calhoupe's 1.5. I also added the calhoupe 1.5 mods used to the OP.

ADDED (11/11): I also get much better stats and/or completion rates with the following range of Coach Sliders:

Offensive Pass/Run: 60% Pass* - 69% Pass**
Defensive Pass/Run: 49% Pass - 51% Pass***
Offensive Aggression: 53**** (West Coast)
Defensive Aggression: 50*****

*Currently giving about 53% - 59% overall pass/run ratio in live-tested games
**Higher gives anemic team rushing totals (~80ypg) in fast-sims
***Outside this range seems to result in higher fumble and/or interception rates in live-tested games
****Lower than this consistently gives sub-51% completion rates in live-tested games
*****At 20 low amounts of subpackage (nickel/dime/quarter) use is observed (base percent approx. 67%) in live-tested games (see here)

I did Trial 1 (60:00) with CAR (Rivera) at Offensive Pass 59% and KC (Reid) at Offensive Pass 60%, to see what happens if one team is just slightly lower than that recommended 60%-69% range:

So this still seems to support the idea that 60%+ is a better range to work with if you want NFL-like pass/run ratios, even for the most run-heavy teams. It seems as though this range of values will still generally produce 51%+ Pass to run ratios even in less than ideal weather conditions.
