Attached is my bandit 335 defense.
Base set is one deep FS, two CB's on islands, two SS's near the LOS and outside the tackles, DT in a 1 tech, DE's in 4 technique, MLB over the A gap, OLB's stacked over DE's. Base rush for the DL is DT into the strong A gap, DE's attacking the OG's outside shoulder, with the MLB controlling the weak A gap, SS's and OLB's as the force players / rovers.
My thought is, the 335's strength is chaos (blitzes coming from every angle) but its weakness is getting gashed up the middle. So, control the A gaps from before the snap (like the double eagle or the desert swarm) and stem the B gaps with big-bodied DE's on every snap. If the offense wants to run, they have to get outside the tackles where a SS is there as the force player and an OLB is ready to clean up.
Lots of zone and man blitzes - blitz, blitz, blitz, blitz blitz. OLB's should be rangy, and it helps if your back three are pretty solid.
