I was trying to run Playbook Merger on Windows emulator and I got this error.

I had a issue like that too with one of the Madden tools on virtual box, everything was fine but it wouldn't run. I guess download a separate copy and see if that works?

If someone builds the AI for any of the uncompleted playbooks, upload the file here so I can add it into a GAMEDATA dat for franchise purposes.

I did that and it doesn't work, it keeps popping up the same error message.

I was hoping to merge the T Formation to the Madden 22 Colts playbook and merge the split back set to the Madden 22 Chiefs and Madden 20 Patriots and it cannot open.

Playbook merger is a hit and miss tool since it's so old. My guess would be to create a playbook consisting of only the formations and plays you want to merge then add it's tables to the pbo in a DB editor, but you'll need to reorder every value from formations, plays, and each plays PSAL to fit the playbook so that there aren't duplicate values shared between the base playbook and your merged formations.

It works now on the emulator, I had to download .Net framework 3.5 to make it work. But when I go to practice mode, the offense didn't use the T Formation I merged with the Madden 22 Colts playbook. What do I need to do next?

Either you didn't save the merged playbook or you didn't load the correct playbook at the team select screen in practice mode.

After working with the Madden Playbook Editor. The AI plays the T Formation and I just saw the AI team using this formation.
I'm hoping I can do with the Patriots and Chiefs using split backs next.

I wish I can find a way to manipulate the playbook merger so I can add more plays and formations, but I don't know how to do that.
