Nope, releasing the logic is not part of the plan. Add plays and formations to what books?

I understand, using the Chicago2020.pbo. You mentioned in a previous post, that the books could be edited. Just wanted to add a few more formations to the Singleback group. Single Ace, Y-Trips, Bunch etc. Keep up the good Work.

You gotta be patient with the process. I just updated the Bears offense in April and it was released in one of the content updates.

It sounds like you're using the oldest version. I will post patch notes to the bottom of the OP so you'll know more details of whats been updated. The Bears offensive book has 6 new plays to their Pistol Set and added two new formations, I-Form Twin TE and Singleback Y Off Trio. It's not one of the larger books in the set and has room for more content. So stay tuned for future content releases.

If you like the Bears offense, I'll reccommend the Colts or Chargers offensive books for you to check out.

Ok, the June content Patch 5.0 playbooks update is available for download in the OP. See the spoiler for more details about what's been updated.

A round of applause and margarita's for Solarkev. He's working his tail off, got sharper and is assisting with the production of very high quality updates for us all to enjoy.

I finally got a chance to crack open, study/analyze the default playbooks AI's. And I assure you with my new understanding and REvamped AI's, you'll find the cpu ai calling better plays per situation. The coaching strategies pass/run ratios, aggression/conservative and the philosophies will play their roles in how the games are managed and played. The Revamped AI's will be very noticable playing vs the Jets new offense and the Steeler's defense so far. The other books will also have their AI's rebuilt going forward.

I've been using the QB Vision along with defined sets of numbers to analyze and better understand how the cpu QB's go through pass progression. It looks really cool when you see the yellow cone scanning from one WR to the next across the field, then finally throwing to a check down. I still haven't figured out what makes a QB take a sack instead of throw the ball away yet.

I also noticed a glitch in the game when some passes are thrown to a WR, several DB's break off their man and attack the pass. It looks like the cpu QB threw into triple coverage, but that's another bug in Madden.

There's a lot left to be done with tune-ups and updates... Enjoy as usual.

It is recommended to delete any older versions of the books before installing the new content updated books to your playbook folder. Delete first, not overwrite.
