Custom playbook request?

Is there anyone who does requests for custom plays or playbooks?

I'm okay with Packfan's playbook editor, but nowhere near good enough to create what I want. Trey31 originally made the play, I want to design more plays around it (much simpler, runs and regular passes) and fill out the playbook with either West Coast or PA-rollout concepts. Just need that one central trick play.
