Pistol Read Option

Hi everyone,

I'm using Madden Playbook editor for my playbook I wanted to know how can I make my QB "read" while he's getting rid of the ball, like in this video.
I tried but he made a 180 degre turn and don't even give the ball, and he ran backwoard. I want him to make a 90 degre turn and give the ball with both hands.
Is it even possible ?
And how to delete play or formation in Madden Playbook Editor ?

I believe it's possible but it won't be a true read. It will be a fake to the RB and then a QB run off to the left. There is a Flexbone playbook somewhere on this website that should have a similar play from under center. If not, this would be a pretty simple one to create from scratch.
