I usually unblock youtube on chrome with a VPN browser extension since it is blocked by the ISP at my college.

Please know I meant no offense with my comments. I'm sorry for not being more careful with my words. I absolutely should not have assumed anything about your mother's knowledge of computers, and I am sorry I did.

While I definitely was wrong in my approach to responding to you, I will not accept you attacking me personally. Please don't do it again.

Of course I obviously know ransomware is a serious issue, but it often gets onto systems through unsafe browsing habits and clicking things you shouldn't be clicking. And that's why I didn't recommend an AV like Windows Defender, which is notoriously terrible at dealing with ransomware. Ransomware is such a big issue because of lack of education on computing habits and dealing with infections, and lack of proper protection.

I apologize too, won't ever happen this way again, I lost my cool!
