2018 NFL Draft Chat
Re: 2018 NFL Draft Chat
I'm just hoping the Vikings draft the best available offensive linemen. This year's crop is deep, so there should be no need to reach for one. Either guard or tackle is fine.

Re: 2018 NFL Draft Chat
Here is me hoping that the Steelers contribute to their linebacker corp and their secondary. LVE (I'm not buying the "LVE is injured" BS) or Rashaan Evans is probably asking too much, considering there are other teams looking linebackers (I'm looking at you New England) but I do hope one of them drops to 28. Roquan Smith also does the trick. As for their secondary, Justin Reid is probably the dude. Dewin James probably won't drop to 28, and Reid is pretty damn good. However, I wouldn't be mad if they take a QB at 28. I wouldn't be mad if they take Lamar Jackson or Mason Rudolph, at all. But I would be mad if they do nothing to help both their LB corp and the secondary, both of them. And I would be mad if they take Josh Allen, very mad. And I would be a bit annoyed if they take a running back. Not because that means Le'Veon Bell will be gone (That is a fact all right), but because there are bigger needs in the offense than running back. Like Wide receiver (There are only 3 stud receivers in the roster. AB, who is a glitch. Martavis Bryant, who hopefully invokes his 2015 self. And JuJu Smith-Schuster, who represents the reason why I won't ever doubt the Steelers taking a WR. Even after the Limas Sweed days) and Tight End (I miss the Heath Miller (HEEEEATH!). Jesse James and Vance McDonald are good. Good enough.)

Forgot to say, please Cleveland. Everyone is begging. Don't draft Josh Allen. It can be Mayfield, it can be Darnold, it could be Rosen, but leave Allen in the board.

I've seen a lot of people who really like Allen. Granted, I don't watch college football and know nothing about him... so I'm not qualified to respond for myself.

I mostly know about him thanks to SB Nation's articles, which I post here. The first one talks about the Draft Class in general, the second one specifically talks about Allen in relation to every other top pick, and why he might not work.

Forgot to post my Mock Draft:
Re: 2018 NFL Draft Chat
Lamar Jackson was a fascinating pick by the Ravens. I'm really curious how they're going to ship Flacco out.

I would imagine they probably want Jackson to learn from Flacco for a while. How many years are left on Flacco's contract?
