It's too bad you don't play MVP Baseball 2005 (unless you do.) Not only can I not get it to work on Windows 7 (which most people can), but I can't even get it to work in a Windows XP virtual machine.

Odd, I've never had any issues installing it on Win 7 or XP

I'm going to try again in an XP virtual machine on VMware. If that doesn't work... maybe I'll try a Windows 7 VM. But my desktop is Windows 7 and I could never get it to work, and my VM in VirtualBox was XP and I couldn't get it working.
