Brad Mallett's Madcat program

My apologies if this is the wrong thread. I'm just looking for a thread that seems to be actively monitored by one of the "veterans". I'm a long-time user of Madden 08 and all the various utilities the community has made over the years (football freaks). Here is my question: Has anyone updated Brad Mallett's Madcat program so that it will run on something newer than PHP 5.3? I ask because my web host is finally beginning to force everyone to update their accounts to run PHP 7. That's great, but obviously it "breaks" my ability to run Madcat. Also, if someone has updated his files/code, can you attach them here? I feel like some of the utility files in the main section have outdated links. Thank you for your time.
