DAT File Replacer problem

Hi, I can't use File Replacer on my Windows 8 PC, I can open .dats, but can't place new files in, like Q's Equipment files. Any help?

Do you have the latest version? (DFR5)

I found a MediaFire link, and tried to use Q's Equipments files to edit PLADATA.dat, could you do the latest Q's Equipment mod in PLADATA.dat file and share it?

Well, actually, it lets me replace files, up until I try to save it, then it crashes.
