Would it be possible to change the scripts and leave a game close to what it was until 1977? , a time when the average number of passes completed was 50% and the NFL was more based on the running game? Just changing the ratings and sliders is not enough

Hi guys,
Calhoupe did an awesome job on his scripts. I wish he was still around. I am having trouble with his scripts for the last 2 years or so because some of his scripts are not working correctly. For NCAA rules scripts, some of the scripts that are not working like one foot in bounds and down without contact and pass interference 15 yards. Another thing is sometimes when a fumble occurs and the opposing team recovers, it goes back to the offense. Anyone have these problems? I think the biggest problem in the fumble not going to the correct team. Do I have to buy an old pc to restore the scripts to working?

When he combined the NFL and NCAA scripts it messed things up. I use NCAA script 2.2 and it seems to work fine.

I tried the NCAA 2.2 scripts again. It worked great! NCAA 2.2 used to crash on me but I loaded Madden first and alt tabbed out and loaded the scripts. I don't know if it matters if loading Madden first or the scripts first. I was using Calhoupe's 1.70 before. Now I am using both 1.70 and NCAA 2.2. Thanks for the advice.

I´m using the .exe from the first page ... but the game always crashes after starting it ... with the message "The Madden NFL 08 Game CD cannot be found. The game will now exit"

Anybody have an idea?

The Calhoupe's scripts are only compatible with Madden 08. For all other version of Maddens you will have to make your own scripts which I believe no on this site can do or no on this site has the time to do.
