Okay, another discovery, the Career file is comprised of several .db. Merely opening it with Db_Editor will only just open the 1st db file which pertains to settings and not the rest. In order for you to view the other DBs, you will need to hex edit it.

Select the following blocks and create a new file. Open it using DB Editor.
0000678C to 001B078C = Career Mode tables
001B078C to 001E278C = Offensive Plays
001E278C to 0022604C = Defensive Plays

After editing, make sure to return it properly in the Career file without altering the size or it might corrupt.
