can we extract a list of the players from this file i.e., free agents, players on teams, rookies (when they are drafted in the NFL)?

* Coaches updated
* 2024 Salary Cap adjusted
* Transactions as of Mar 16, 2024
* Season starts after the 2023 season right before the 2024 Draft (year 2008 in game so we still have 29 seasons to go)
* Actual 2023-2024 Season game results
* Actual Player stats : 2023 will shows as 2007, 2022 will show as 2006 etc
* Top 257 rookies draftable and the remaining 214 stored in Practice Squad
* More UDFAs added
* Most rookies rated via NFL.com
* Unable to determine other rookies' DOB so their age is set to 21 at the moment.

How do I open the Fra file you have created? In Madden 08 or a mod utility, like Franchise Editor?

You should be able to load it in game and start during the offseason. Top 257 rookies are in there. Remaining are in the PS Squad. You can open it using Amp or NZA outside the game. Have to keep teams with enough space for the draft so other signed players are also in the PS Squad.

cool, and can I extract all the players into a CVS file? Our league does not operate in franchise mode, so we are trying to get a roster file with all the players, 2024 rookies for our draft

Yes it can be exported to a csv.
