Hello, I tried to download the newest roster mod for Madden 08 PC as well as the player and coaches portrait files. Each time I click on the link I get a error message from my computer. It says “this site cant provide a secure connection”. Any suggestions? Any alternate links I can use?

Yeah, I had the same issue. MalwareBytes informed me that the website was trying to install a trojan, and even after I excluded the website after quarantining it, I still encountered an error.

I really appreciate your rosters and all of the work that you do RogerJinx, but this host seems to be not so good.

Glad to see you guys are still here doing madden 08 PC rosters ,im back from gaming Ps4 back ready to play 08 again EAsports are greedy making users buy madden 21 with the latest players the 2020 has 2019 rosters DUMB,yes the audio, graphics and cosmetics on Madden 2020 PS4 is must better than 08 PC granted but at least madden 08 is free and it seems there is still a Madden 08PC community

It's not. Downloading the game is illegal. The only legal way to get it is by purchasing a disc copy. I know the game is hard to find, but if you can find it somewhere for a price that isn't ridiculous, I'd suggest you consider it.
