Throwing Accuracy
Trying to convert the ratings from Weebly into a roster. THA is broken down into several categories. Which is the best way to go, a simple add and divide or weight them by category (ex. short 65, medium 20, deep, play action, scramble 5 each) to come up with a realistic rating?

The way older Maddens (12 to be specific) seems to be 60% Short, 30% Medium and 10% Long. You could try that.
