A lot of that may have been caused by the equipment being changed in the FF/FI XVI mod.

My 2001 Cowboys. They aren't fully updated yet... but Leaf is there. I actually gave him a ratings boost slightly in my new file, though. My old file was very... unnecessarily harsh.
