Substituting custom teams in a franchise

Hello there. Is there anyway to, in an already started franchise running its tenth season (for example), extract one custom team and substitute it for another created team in a roster file?

the only way id know how to is export every team from your current franchise but the one you want replace and start a "new" franchise and add that team you want only downside is you loose all past stats im pretty sure

Is there any way we could save the stats, like cheating Madden exporting any table and re-importing it within the new .FRA via DB Editor or something?
