Updated code, available in first post. Not updating version numbers.
Fixed Break Tackle field in 19
Added export for the PLAY table, this is under tools, "Export Entire PLAY Table" button. This exports all the PLAY table fields, so your csv file is going to be fairly large.
Player college is going to show up as blank (not selected) for 19 until we have a list of colleges and ids for 19.

Re: Roster edits
Will there be two separate versions of Madden Amp moving forward? Madden Amp for first-gen Madden 04-08 PC games, and Madden Amp 19 for the second-gen games, Madden 19 and possibly future releases?
Madden Amp v4.2 Beta 2 is branching off to specifically handle the new file formats?

My M08 mod work is all open-source to anyone who wants to use it in any way, no restrictions or permissions necessary.

Not sure right now to be honest. The 19 roster file is so different from 04-08.
I don't want to have to strip everything out from 04-08 and start over, but having to bypass situations where it is expecting to find info from the 04-08 tables isn't very ideal either.
I included a CSV export for the PLAY table and I think that might be the way go for 19 rosters instead of having to include a bunch of options for specific versions. Roster makers want spreadsheet compatibility anyway.
19 also saves some files in big endian format (ie... teamdb files), which is why some of the console editors will load those files.
Amp uses the old tdbaccess.dll which is little endian based.
At some point the community is going to need an editor that is capable of doing both little endian and big endian files.

Re: Roster edits
Does this mean we would edit the csv file and import back in? If so, I think this would be more than fine.
The community could have a cheat sheet for what values mean what.
I think this would be super easy to enter as well.

Re: Roster edits
Have you ever heard of the Madden 12 Roster Reader by Xanathol? That would be a good start if your looking to overhaul MaddenAmp for Madden 19.

This would be a big help for me once I have a copy of Madden 19. I rather edit everything in csv which makes updating faster.

Is it possible to get the players off of the legends team with this roster editor?

If you need help with the franchise file compression/encryption, you could perhaps try zenhaxdotcom or xentaxdotcom.
I believe some of the guys there did some work with the madden08 a while back. If you post a franchise file I'm sure they'd take a look at it.
