Madden 22 for PC CPU vs. CPU

Just downloaded Madden 22 for my pc and I'm trying to play a cpu vs. cpu in Franchise mode but I can't move the "keyboard" icon off of my team on the "play game" screen. I'm using my keyboard and have tried everything but I cant move the icon off of my franchise team. I was under the impression that cpu vs cpu functionality was put back in the game. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
