Anyone else experience these glitches?

I have experienced two glitches on Madden 19 that have left me puzzled.
Firstly, every now and then my coach will call timeouts without me doing anything. They always get used up on the first three plays of each half.
Secondly, I was just playing an game as the LA Rams and on about every second play they would go no huddle and spike the ball, the only way out of the play was to call a timeout. Very bizarre.
