CPU Coach Run/Pass Percentages

Like many of the Madden 08 crowd, I mostly use Madden to sim games...idk, 16 games a year for my team is not enough. The problem I had with my first game...Madden 03 was that QBs would basially end with 15+ yards per completion almost every game. Madden 08 somewhat fixed this, allowing for more realistic totals, but it was still a bit high. You would never see a game like last week, Kirk Cousins going 40 of 55 for 296. M19 has fixed this...Qbs throw a lot of short passes and I love it.

Now for the problem...is there any way to make teams throw more? Last night I simmed Pit vs TB, and instead of throwing for 400, or even 300...Fitzpatrick threw for 65...yes, 65. He was 10 of 18. Now Pitt ran over 80 plays, because the Bucs had a big TD run and a fumble TD, but even then, Ben Roethlisberger only hit 250. I want teams that throw it all over the park in real life to do it in game. Is this possible like it was in 08?
