M-NFL-19 skips and freezes - HELP!

I have the PC version of Madden NFL 19.
In the first preseason game as the Cowboys, the audio/visual is constantly skipping and freezing and just not in sync at all.
There is no smooth flow to the game like I had with M-NFL 08.

My PC more than meets the minimum specs for the game, so I don't understand what is going on here.
I checked my video card for updates, and it is fully updated.

What else can I do to correct this, what adjustments can I make? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated, thanks!

922GB HD [335GB free space], 12GB RAM, 64 bit Operating System, x64 based processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Windows 8.1 64 bit

It's more than likely your video card, it barely meets the minimum requirements. Try updating your video card drivers to the latest version. I'd also turn all the settings on the lowest possible to see if it gets any smoother for you. Unfortunately you won't be able to run the game on ultra with that vid card.

Turn everything to low and hope for the best, or lower the resolution to 720p or something. Your GPU is below the minimum specs for the game.
