I'm creating players in Madden 2004. Possibly 03.
Dickey ,in articles ,was considered a great passer..passer, not just a thrower.
But not Mobile and threw ints.
I'm assuming some of you 70s teams guys have him. So what type of ratings for him?

Lynn Dickey. Great passer but not good in other ways. What ratings would you give him?

How about Brian Sipe too?

15 seasons in the nfl is nothing to sneeze at.
If he wasnt anything mobile then give him Manning like stats at spd, agi and acc.
His passing was good, so give him high acc. Not sure about his thp.
If he threw many picks, then lower his awr. Or tha.

Just came back to say I see this.
Then again, some of you must have Lynn Dickey ratings in your games? No?

All QBs in that era threw INTs. 29 in 1983 was pretty bad though..
And you have to keep in mind just how awful that organization was after Lombardi. They only made the Playoffs twice in 25 years. One of those was the strike shortened year where they made it a huge tournament.
I'd probably rate him in the low 80s. Maybe higher for the mid-1980s, that was a good offense with James Lofton-John Jefferson-Paul Coffman to throw to.

I would give him a 76 awareness rating and 90's accuracy with an 80's throw power low 50's speed
