Xbox 360 Controller Icons?

I have a wireless 360 controller and the game keeps showing 1,2,3,4 for the buttons. I downloaded a logitech to ps3/xbox .tpf file and used Texmod to run the package, but it still shows the logitech icons. Again, I have a 360 controller, so shouldn't it have the right icons to begin with?

i just used steam

1.) connect controller
2.) go into big picture
3.) if it says "controller" click on it
4.) bind all of the buttons as an Xbox 360 controller
5.) open madden with steam minimized
6.) hopefully this worked for you
