Pass Interference Rules question
I just need to clarify something. When the ball is in the air and the defensive player impedes the progress, or otherwise gets in the way, of the receiver, isn't that PI? Reason I ask is that I just had a play that the defensive back ran into the receiver, bumping him off his route while the ball was in the air. How is that not called?

Re: Pass Interference Rules question
I will have to refer you to the New Orleans Saints organization....... for the answer to why pass interference was not called
I had something happen this week that I had not seen before in a Quarterback (Neil O'Donnell) ducked under an on coming defensive end.......
Wouldn't this be tripping???
