So, the NCAA roster doesn’t have this rating. Is there a way anybody knows of that I could make a rating that’s relevant to the other ratings?
Currently, mine’s at:
Toughness = (Strength + 5)
I’m thinking maybe:
Toughness = ((Strength + Injury)/2) + 5
What are your thoughts? Yes? No?

That's what I've been doing minus the +5.

I usually use (Strength + Injury + Stamina) /3

Re: Toughness Rating
I would probably just use Injury and Stamina as main factors. Adding Strength would make receivers and corners get lower Toughness. Also remember that Toughness is how long someone will go down if he is injury and the Random Number God says "long injury".

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Always have a plan. And a backup plan. And backups to the backup.
And be able to improvise.

Ah. Okay. I’ll do that actually. You seem to know a lot about this stuff. (No offense to you Austin or Mike).
