Managing Morale

Postby Brock » Sat Jan 26, 2019 9:34 am

I'm currently doing a a rebuild and my team isn't too good and I know it's effecting morale, but is there a way to manage it? I thought about globally boosting morale, but that seems cheaty. Most of the team is below 40 in morale. I'm planning on cutting a few players. Should I just try to trade/release the bad morale players, or just wait it out? Also how much does the morale play a part on-field?

I don't think morale has any on-field effect. I think it's mostly related to how likely they are to hold out or re-sign later.

As far as I know, without an editor, the only ways are to start people who have very low morale, and win games.
