I am interested in changing the highs and lows for September and December with the DB editor to emulate a spring league.
I do know I am looking for CADH, CADO, CASH, and CASO ... but where do I find them? I do not see them in STAD or CITY?

mmmm ..... yes. I found it. Its OWCI, in StreamedData in the data0 folder.
So I changed it and it shows up in the game. But my next question is.... is it just superficial? Does it just say it on the city info screen in the owner's box, or does it actually effect in game temperature and rain vs. snow, in a franchise?
