^ uhhh pretty sure that's not supposed to be there. Like Kuato in Total Recall...

The texture is there but it is interfering with color palettes or something.

The Rundown.

I have a pretty sweet HD arm texture that I'm trying to use as the dat texture. I used file 18 from the current mod PLADATA, so it has Q's sweet, sweet equipments in it. Couldn't use the original dat because I can't properly decompress on my pc. Any help from the veterans would be great.

Nah I was just messing around with the uniform dat with the arms and wanted to experiment. I did a couple tests but the shoes always turn blue wherever I make the solid design. No clue why. Not much experience messing with madden dats.

That reminds me, DEX crashes when I try to view the kicker shoe texture in the most recent pladata release.

I'm looking into converting the colorspace to reduced 8-bit, but every time I do the image looks different in GIMP, paint, and CS2. Always looks broken in paint, similar to the visual issue in-game too.

Yikes, those faces strewn out on those players' arms is another sort of nightmare fuel. :o

Just had to point that out.

I'm assuming your inserting these while using the default/current mod shoe palettes, and that where the blue color is coming from.
