Ok, it looks like the new versions of the Xtreme DB editor is not saving the extra info correctly. I had to go back a few minor versions to find one that was saving the file correctly.

Try this version and see if it works for you. I'll update the main Xtreme DB editor thread.

TBCR, TBCG, TBCB for primary color.
TB2R, TB2G, TB2B for secondary color.

Awesome! try exporting and importing tables and try the exporting and importing to a PC roster and using editors like MaddenAmp and NZA to edit players and teams.

Oh btw, do you know how to replace an 83 OVR Create a Team roster with an exported Franchise mode roster that's 99 OVR?

I tried doing this by exporting the TEAM table of the 99 OVR roster and importing it over the TEAM table of an 83 OVR Create a Team but all of the players looked the same and the Create a Team ratings were still at 83 OVR

And the only reason I want to do this is because I want to play in the first year of Franchise Mode with my exported team but I can't select the team when trying to replace an NFL team (an exported team file is different than a Create a Team file)

The only way to swap teams is to use the PC roster method and using madwolf to swap teams.

Could you link the PC roster method? And do you know if it could work with GCI files?

Also, I just used Madwolf, and it only loads Madden 08 PC files

Ok, so a little update: what I did earlier by replacing the team table of the 80 OVR with the team table of the 90+ OVR exported team actually worked. I just had to auto re-order the depth chart. Now, for some reason, the ratings on the team select are still 80 something OVR, but regardless, the players from the exported team are there.

And with that said, I figured out how to bypass the salary cap by making the SCAD tab in the SLRI in a Franchise mode file very inflated (I set it to 340000000 by default)

Good that you figured it out because I was going to refer you to rogerjinx with roster questions because he would know more than me .
