The main issue I'm having is these .DAT TERF files. In the ...NASCAR SimRacing\Audio\Commentary directory, the files look like this:
Pretty normal right?
But when I open them up in DFR4, the issues begin.
Sometimes, they open up and show an insane amount of null files, with no file size:

I even tried to open the files up in Game Extractor, but it wouldn't open the files. This is where I gave up.
My theory is either the TERFs are compressed to death, or EA used some kind or crazy compression method that I don't really know about.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
