Dual Boot

Desired Result:

2 desktop icons
- one launches stock Madden 08
- the other launches FF/FI modded Madden 08 with Calhuope's scripts

has anyone been able to achieve this?

What I've tried:

duplicating the program files, keeping the original stock and the other modified, both use the same modified Documents/ dir
^ does not work, even clicking the unedited mainapp.exe launches FF/FI mods which I believe has to do with the shared Documents/ dir

If you figure this out it would be awesome.... but for now the best option is a program called JSGME

I have a Madden folder in my C:/program files x86/EA SPORTS/madden NFL 08 and it's a clean copy. I copied the madden08 folder and pasted into my D drive under the same name D:/program files x86/EA SPORTS/madden NFL 08.I then updated the Madden 08 in my D drive to the FX/FXI MOD and loaded the roster from the load roster file in the game.
I have 3 NBA 2K12 MODS working from different era's and 6 MVP 2005 mods from different era's all from copy and pasting the clean files and renaming them appropriately.
